Building Your Legacy Through Estate Planning

Many people put off estate planning, fearing that it will be too expensive. Many mistakenly assume that wills, trusts and other estate planning documents are only for the wealthy.

In fact, people and families from all walks of life can benefit from a well-crafted estate plan, and you can find quality estate planning services at a reasonable cost.

I am Lissette Blandino, Attorney at Law, and I am committed to providing professional estate planning services at an affordable cost. I help clients with many different types of estate planning documents, including:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Medical directives
  • Durable powers of attorney
  • Trust administration

Depending on your exact circumstances, you may need four such documents: a living trust to protect your assets; a durable power of attorney and a medical directive to help late in life; and a will to ensure your assets are distributed the way you want. A comprehensive plan can help you throughout your life, ease the financial difficulties your loved ones will face after you are gone and secure your legacy for many years to come.

Typical Costs Of Basic Estate Planning

A simple living (revocable) trust starts at $1,200 for an individual and $1,500 for a joint trust; a simple standalone will is $500 and durable power of attorney or medical directive each start at $300 per individual. Complex and irrevocable trusts start at $2,500 for an individual and $3,000 for a joint filing.

Discount pricing is available on full estate plans, which include a trust, pour-over will, durable power of attorney and medical directives. A full estate plan for an individual starts at $1,500. A full estate plan for a married couple starts at $2,000. The full estate plan option includes one set of documents to transfer your real property into the trust. Additional properties are billed at $100 per set of documents.
